Help with Ported JL Audio W3 Box

Can someone please help me with a box design for 2 12inch JL Audio W3's? I bought a prefab ported box and it sounds like crap and i want to bring out my full potential of my subs but i'm not good at this whole porting calculations, and all the box plans i've found will not fit in my trunk. My trunk is 33 wide, 16 tall, and 19 deep. JL's site recommends to tune it to 30 hz but i want it a little differ so it they can hit a higher db. Thanks in advance.

what were they in? what kind of ported box?

now they are in a prefab ported box ( don't know what it's tuned to, airspace is under what jl recommends for a ported box tho). I just want to find a design for a ported box that will fit in my current setup. I'm thinking i want to tune it at 32 hz (sound good?)
