help with ported box design

[nauc 10+ year member]

how do i get the port specs for a ported box tuned to 31hz, using L shaped port

external dimensions are 22w 15h 16d, using 3/4 mdf

using a 12" Type E

i know, shouldnt port those, but i have before and my buddy wants one

is there a link where i can plug in the info and get the lenths and widths
