help with port length for aeroports....

so this is my first time designing a box with aeroports...

on bbp6, with 2 flared ends, it determines a port length of 12.5" for each port. does this mean I cut the straight tube down to 12.5" and then attach the two flares, or do i cut it to where the total length of the port is 12.5" from end of flare to end of flare....

Yep, just use the calculator on that site. Much easier and takes out a lot of headache IMO.
