HELP WITH NEW INFINITY SUB PLZ

I recently put an infinity perfect 12.1 in my truck with a 500/1 jl amp but im having a prob with certain frequencies making a vibrating noice like maybe it is bottoming out but at the low power it still does it........it wont do it any any fq but around 30ish do i have something set wrong or is the box wrong? plz help

The spider might be coming loose from cone, pop the sub out and make sure its not damaged.

Infinity perfect 12's are well known for for having poorly glued spiders.

The spider is that ringed circle that the cone is glued to.

You can't fix it, Infinity is supposed to replace it under warranty.

Infinity warrantys their perfects for THREE YEARS, thank god.

also i bought it off ebay will it still be under warrenty and what do i use as proof of purchase off ebay?

It isn't under warrenty if you bought it through ebay. Whoever you bought it from must have known it did that and tried to sell it anyways.

After you sober up, go and buy an Eclipse 8712, its the model just before the aluminiums.

I have personnally owned a pair of Infinity perfects and a pair of Eclipse 8712's, I thought the Eclipses kicked the perfects *** in performance and reliability, they also cost less than the Infinity perfects(if you compare retail$)

Just remember the model # because Eclipse makes an 8612 that sucks ***.
