help with my amp

could be a mosfet is blown on his amp causing it to go into protection, so many things it could be

it is the 1200.1 amp i am sure of that i did try a friends suggestion of only hooking up the power from the battery and deck and it still blew the fuses (with no sub wires attached) so i am really starting to think that my amp has a short any other opinons or theorys?

ok well i have pretty much given up on my amp so i am looking for a new one and before i buy it how will this one work compared to my old one?
