Help with My alpine EQ

so its a 3342. and i just received the 6 pin plug that was missing. and so it has 4 cables one for 12V one for ground and one is remote. but what is the 4th one for? and i cant seem to find the answer online. if anyone could answer this it would be great.

Yep, probably the ignition switched power input.

the original 6-pin harness had 4 wires. yellow, black, blue/white, and pink.

Pink | Empty | Blue/White

Yellow | Empty | Black

pink - man, i need to remember what the pink wire was for... been a long time...

FYI - one is on ebay right now... I asked him. I can't find a manual for the unit.

back in the day, we would ground the pink wire as a mute function - like from the old school cell phones.

i assume the blue/white is a remote input - acts as a switch input.
