I am going to install a jensen cdh1000 head unit in my 94 mustang gt. Do I have to remove the dash, or just insert the proper tools into the four holes of the factory unit and pull it out???

Also, will I need the harness or not???

you can get the tool you need at walmart for like 3 bucks, or if you are careful and have 4 allan wrenches that fit in the holes you can use them. If you buy the tool it is shaped like a u and is just a tunning fork looking thing

That would be a function of the harness, not the HU, I think. Have you looked into a Maestro or iData interface? i would check with crutchfield...
