help with hu/amp problem

Ok here's some background. I have a clarion 745mp with a bad rear pre out no big deal not running a rear fill.

But since last night my right channel is play a really low power and if I balance it to the right side and turn it to a decent volume my amp goes into protect mode.

The strange part is the left side is completly fine plays normally. So what's my problem?

I dmm the rca's and both read the same level. Any ideas?
