Help with custom w6 enclosure

I have 2 JL w6 12's (not the v2's). I want to build a ported box for them. The exterior dimensions of the box should be about :

1' 4" H X 3' W X 2' D

I would like the port to be centered in the box.

Can one of the pros here please give me a hand?

I've built boxes, but never a ported one and I don't want to get my dimensions wrong and blow a sub.

Oh yeah, I want it to be tuned to about 28 Hz.
