HELP WITH COMPNENT BRAND CHOICE. . . . PLEASE, (sorry its a lonnng ?)

TO START WITH: i have a chevy silverado with the Bose system that has components with the driver in the door and the tweet in the A piller and i added kick panels with 6.5" coax down on the floor with a pheonix gold 4 channel 300 watt amp....

I am looking at buying new components to replace the bose doors with new 6.5" obviously and thinking of custom mounting another 6.5" right above it with the tweet on the door (within 6inches). and replacing the kick panel coax 6.5" with 5.25" as i was told theres def not enough air space on those kicks.

The real questions are is does this all sound like a good idea, and should the 5.25" going into the kicks be coax or component? And secondly MY MAIN ? is i was going to go with Arc audio for these as i have had good experience in the past. but i heard Focals the other day and was impressed... and does anyone know anything about Lanzar? looking to keep it at $150 a pair......

the decent lanzar comps need a ton of power to sound good like 200rms per side...if you liked the focals and they are in ur budget then run them...or you go with all crescendo audio (sp?) their comps are supposed to be really nice and are only 99$ a pair...the company has a forum over at Car Audio Classifieds - Buy, Sell and Trade Car Audio Equipment you can find tons of info on them over their //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and in the kicks in my car id do components as well

speakers in the kick panel are to provide you with 3 way setup. i guess u can do it however u want, if u like the sound of a coax down there, then go for it.

but most put a mid bass there, along with the mid in the door, and tweet in pillar.

Im pretty set on going, with Arc audio, anyone know much on em?? arc audio since i had 4 coax in my last truck and was really impressed with those. so figured putting 3 sets of there components plus a set of coax, will probably rock.
