help with amp?

so i checked the voltage at my amp its got 14 volts at the amp. 12.5 volts at the remote. rcas are all pluged in, and i dont have any voltage comming out of the output terminals? what is going on what else should i look for?

ya i did check with vac its a dc 2k, i got it figured out tho. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP EVERYONE (sarcasim)

no it some how got switched from master to slave
