Here is what I have:

2005 Grand Prix

Trunk is deadened with RAAMmat. (Adding more to trunk lid when I get time.)

Head Unit: Kenwood Excelon KDC-X692

Front Stage: Phoenix Gold RSd65cs

Front Amp: Visonik V2208 (Rated: 75x2 @ 4 ohms)

Subwoofer: 12" Fi Q - Loaded

Sub Box: 2.56 cu ft @ 26 hz

Sub Amp: AudioQue 1200D

I'm not sure what the best settings to use for anything really. It's an SQ set up but I'd like it to bump pretty hard too. Also, I have no rear stage and plan on removing the rear speakers and leaving holes for air flow.

I'm aware no one can give the best answer exactly, but what is a good starting place?

I know and thats why I'm asking what else should be set.
What sort of LPF and HPF settings? Gains?
The filters are completely up to you. Play with your crossovers until you got it the way you like it. I keep my LPF to about 80Hz or so for my sub stage. (Set the Subsonic filter if you have one). As for the gains, simply get the most you can before clipping begins. Grab an O-Scope if you got one, if not a DMM will work fine.
