Help with Alpine 9884

Just bought a new 9884 upgrading from the 9827. When the volume is low, everything sounds great... As I turn the volume up, the tweeters (and treble) put out less output even with the setting at +7. However, at low volume...Sounds just like my other head unit. I have the power Ic setting off... Not sure what else is causing this.

Found out why... The capacitor or w/e inside both of my crossovers EXPLODED!
