Help with a steering wheel controller...

So, I have a Ford F150, (0'-08') and I got one of these puppies.

PAC SWI-PSv1 (swipsv1) Pioneer and Sony Factory Steering Wheel

I have no idea where to find the wires that this needs to splice into coming off of the steering column.

Could also use a better wiring diagram.

Anyone know of any resources, links, videos, etc?

BTW: The wires you need to tie into are probably not in the steering column, but behind the radio. They may be on a separate harness from the main, but this link should give you some insight into it...and programming for these *****....just a heads up
