help with a 4th order bandpass build. two 12inch alphasonik's

Ok. I have a 09 accord sedan, and want to build a bandpass box with port coming through armrest. What I have for drivers are 2 12inch alphasonik 600 series 700wrms each. I used a online calc and it said I needed 1.3cf. Sealed and .866cf ported? I know these boxes are a hard build. Need help with sealed and ported volumes, and also port size and length. I can figure in all the displacements for sub and material. Here is all the specs for my sub. View attachment 26544172

A lot of 4th order bandpass calcs you find are more for HT style bandpasses from what I've seen. I can design you one if you'd like.

HT= Home Theater. Bandpass would be $30 if it will fit properly.

I wish I could pay for a custom design right now buck. But laid off for a year and my friend brought me some mdf from work. On a budget. That's why I only asked for help with volumes. Thanks tho.

I'd start off with 1 cubes sealed and 2 ported per, tuned 45 ish.

What are u guys thoughts on having the port to the rear deck? And maybe instead of 4th order, haveing speakers face the back seat with the trunk sealed off?

Find the recommended sealed box size and go from there for your 4th if meets certain "required" specs high Qts low fs and high Vas. If it doesn't meet those specs or at least work out to be capable of running in a smallish sealed box look for different subs or go ported

They will do well in sealed or ported but are not ideal for sealed. Ergo... not ideal for 4th order bandpass. A good 4th order for two of these drivers will need to gross about 9 cubic feet.
