Help with 6th order

So current set up is 4th order two 15s each in its own box. I would like to put them in another box making them 6th order. The reason is to try and reduce flex and bounce the sound waves back to the front. I have about 3 layers of sound deadening on the roof and 100% on the cargo area of a Tahoe. From the last term lab session we found that the ports 14 inches from the rear doors gave the most db.

Can the outer box dimension be done by a program or is this a trail and error thing?
