help with 10in w7

i just install my 10in jl audio w7 today, it is being pushed by a ppi pc 2600.2 amp.

but it doesnt turn on at all. i know the w7 is a 3ohm. the ppi amp when brigged is at 600 watts at 4ohm. will this be the promblem why its not turning on cause there at different ohm.is there any way i can get this to work. is the w7 a single voice coil or dual voice coil thanks

single 3 ohm VC

and if the amp doesn't like the 3 ohms, it would probably still turn on and go into protect. try turning the amp on with the sub disconnected.
