Help with 07 Scion TC

I installed a system today in it and i kept the stock head unit so i wired it through a line level converter and ran it to the door speakers. I fuse the remote with the sunroof fuse and before the the ACC fuse and both times whenever i turn the car off the amp stays on. Does anyone have any experience with this car or suggestions on what fuse i should use please tell me and also whenever the car is turned off if i hit the doors the subs make a noise and if the car if off and all the windows and doors are close, key out of the car the subs will just start bumping just bass, Help!

hahahahaahha never heard of that... how long did the amp stay on?? indefinantly or just for a short time?

what did you use for a remote power on the amp?

the amp is still on. used the remote wire on the RCA's

and u connected that wire to the amp and the other side to what?

well if the amp is still on, there is constant power to the rem on the amp. it needs to be switched.

i suggest you take it to a MECP installer. you dont want to mess up a nice car to save a couple bucks. or at least do more research before touching anything

well i know the remote is still getting power. i am going to try to find a fuse that has no power going to it when the car is off.

You ain't looking for a fuse, you are looking for a relay which id kinda silly cause all you need to do is find a fuse in the fuse box that says acc or ign. make sure to use a DMM

i checked the fuse box and originially had it connected to the acc but the amp remained on when the car was off. I went and fuse it to the cig fuse which took care of the problem.
