Ok i have a 03 pontiac im going with 2 sundown 15s. with a custom ported box. I have a memphis pr.500.1 amp. Will this be enough power for the subs. Also should i put a 4 ch in

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC.
Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
