i've just been looking at pyle amps recently and noticed that alot of them arent rated in rms...how can you tell what power the amp will amp will push if it doesnt tell you rms?

There is no "best" mono amp, it depends on what you need for your situation.

Whats your budget? thats the important thing.

grab a nine.1 from elementaldesigns.com .. 3 year warrenty .. rated at 1200 rms at 1 ohm .. pretty good deal

what he said... Eventhough the owner may be a bit shitty they still make good quality amps with great warrantys. Amp rates out at 1200 @ 1 ohm put probably does closer to 1300 watts...
