Well, just had my brand new in the box Sony WX-7700MDX worldwide version installed today and NO SUB PREOUTS signal! There is no voltage or signal from the 2 sub preouts!!!!!! We turned the Sub channel ON in the program menu in the Headunit along with volume and crossover but nada! If we put the RCA's from the sub preouts and put them on the rear speaker outs the amp and subs work great ! So it's not the system.
Has anyone had a Sony WX-7700MDX or other Japanese HU worked on here in the U.S. preferrably in So. Cal???? I don't want to send it back to Honk Kong!
