View attachment 26552188View attachment 26552189Hello, I'm trying to design and build my own sub enclosure for my 2 level 5 m2 12's to go into my 2014 charger. The seats come down so I wanted to have the sub firing into the cabin. My measurements for my trunk is 16H x 32W x 30D. I wanted to build a 3.0 cubic ft box with a tuning to 32 or 34hz. I want to learn how to use the program to design it myself, I cannot for the life of me get the tuning low, and the port area I tried to keep it @ 12 to 14 mainly the lowest I can get it. It's going to be for daily but I love the lows. If anybody can help me and guide me to the way I can learn the program or another program that I can use to design an enclosure. Thanks in advance ?

box is too small man. You need to give up more space.

Go aero port if you can.

Everybody that I talk to say that them subs play well in a 3.0 tuned 32-36 enclosure
yes but you dont even have enough space after port and sub displacement to begin with. The louder/lower option would be sub face trunk, port up through the rear deck. Or subs to the rear, port to the side. Or subs to the side port to the rear. The smaller the box, the more power you will also need to put on it and the less low end you'll get too. Definitely want to go with aeros if thats your max dimesions.

I have more room on the depth to play with, I have a bc5500 for now! I could go bigger on the enclosure because I wanna get low!

you need room for the port to breath too at least 4-6 inches from the port mouth to the trunk/wall you are loading off.

Go with aeros man. Simpler to build, easier to get low, more efficient and more airspace.
