Help turning on camera

Hi I can't turn the camera on in the installation screen, or make any changes there. I have an Alpine ine w940. Camera works, I can see behind and set cones just can't change installation screen to camera ON so it comes on automatic. Anyone know how to change install settings? Thanks for any help.

did you wire in the reverse switch wire? most radios will switch automatically if that wire is tapped to a reverse powered lead

Yep everything hooked properly. I think My deck may have a problem. Took it out, unhooked and re-installed, factory reset and did brake sequence ( all 3 times ) today. Have all other settings just can't change installation settings.

well bring it back and get a pioneer. pioneer is a much easier interface and easy install. or have a shop look at it.
