HELP System went dead

So I've been missing bass for a while in the car, and I've done just about everything to fix it. Replaced fuses, wire, different sub. Well, something new and strange (to me) happened. I had a new sub wired in and ready to go, and when I turned the car on, and the power went to the amp and sub, the sub pushed out all the way and stayed there.

What does that mean? Did I fry my amp?

alright. anyone know how to test to see if the amp really is fried?

find someone with a system that you know is wired up good and put your subs on there amp if it plays its the amp if not its the sub sounds like the amp thought but idk it could be both

use a dmm to read the voltage and things i'm to tired to explain.

well if your amp is fried ill take it off your hands
