help starting a trunk install the right way.

i was looking to get some advice from some of you guys, who has done their trunks, clean, nice installs. currently my trunk area has the black felt type of carpeting, (its a 96 lexus es300) i want to take that out, and install some sound deadener(first), and need some ideas on how to mount the amps, i do have the wiring already going to the trunk, i have 2 amps for front and rear stage, and one amp for the 2 subs, but the wife wants much as trunk space, for shopping. so i really just want to do a standard trunk look, with both subs facing out. she doesn't want to get rid of the spare tire, which would have been perfect place to put the extra battery, processor, eq, crossover, can you guys throw me some ideas, even if its gotta be done in sections its fine,... thanks in advance for ideas...

This is my install, maybe you could something like this, i did this thinking in space but now i dont use my trunk cause i dont want to scratch it.
