Help,Speakers and sub sound terrible after installing AVH-4200

Hey guys, as the title says my speakers and sub sound worse with the pioneer avh-4200dvd. Before installing the headunit, i had the sub running of the rear speakers with a LOC. I was pretty happy with the sound from a stock headunit and speakers, and had no issues with the setup. I was looking to purchase an aftermarket headunit or a carpc for a while but never got around to it. I finally broke down and made the purchase becasue i was getting tired of shuffling through cd's. I went with the pioneer unit because of the ipod and dvd capabillities. When it came i was so excited to get it up and running until I heard the sound after the install. It almost sounds like my sub is clipping at times and my speakers are distorting with most songs. What did i do wrong? My setup is the avh-4200, pioneer premier 3004spl(dvc4ohm), and kenwood kac 8152d amp. I have the amp and sub wired at 2ohm's. Do i just need new speakers or is something wrong? Please Help! Thanks in advance.
