Help removing HU from dash

I have a 93 Mazda 626 with a Pioneer DEH-8500MP that I need to get out. When I take the front trim piece off all I see is a din cage which the HU is in. There don't appear to be any screws holding it in, or any clips I can get at. It won't come out so I know something has to be holding it in. The way to remove the OEM radio is with some removal keys. I have a pair but it doesn't look like I can use these to remove the aftermarket HU unless I'm missing something. What do I need to do to get it out of the dash? TIA

a set of pioneer removal keys, try and get them from your local car audio installer

doesnt have to be pioneer either, you can just slide some little pieces of metal down the sides to release the clips.
