Help quick Plz

hey guys my friends impattient and wants to go down to bestbuy or futureshop and get a system for his truck! now he wants to get 2 pioneer 10 inch shallow subs and other shallow sub reccomendations? also what would be a good 2 channel amp fior the subs. they are 250 RMS and 1000 PEAK so i think like 500 rms to each would be good but what would be a good amp to do tihs and as for as the box were gonna custom make 1 today to go behind his seat! and he bough t some decent sony deck couple months ago! any help greatly appreciated

o also what could you wire these subs to pay at like 2 ohm? or can they only be at 4 ohm?
