Help please

Hello I'm pretty new to car audio.

This is what I have,

2 15 Mofos

1 5500 Bamf

Stock head unit with high low

Yellow top in truck

I have power distributers also connected

I have a 2008 dodge avenger.

Here is the problem when I turn the volume up the subs don't get louder when the volume is lower the subs seems louder. also sometimes the amp you can hear keeps clicking on and off. Anyone have any idea what this might be?

really? I was thinking it might be a ground issue but I plan in getting a new radio this weekend.

What type of amp would you suggest within 300$ range

american bass vfl 100.1 sundown saz 1500 dc 1.2 or a american bass vfl hybrid 4480 ,all these amps are in the $300 range or just a bit more,if interested in one of these amps hit me back

Update: found out what was wrong with it. The power in the good was showing a little and grounding on the body.
