ok hello everyone my name is dan

i just got 2 12inch JL audio w6 subwoofers. I was wondering if anyone knows what type of amplifier i should get and what should the wattage be i was told go with either a 800watt or 1000 , or 2000 watt amp

2kW for a W6? O___o RMS I hope not.

What is the DCR(how many ohms) and how much money are you looking to spend?

well i dont think it would be bad too get a 2kW just cause if i ever get better but i was givin the W6 so im gonna stick with those for a bit but i was a nice amp on the pioneer website that was $1,100 ill give the link and im willing to spend anything about $400 atleast right now im gonna have to replace the 4 speakers in the car.

its a 4k watt but that would last me a longtime lmao
