Help picking a system

I'm trying to redo the whole sound system in my 1994 Acura Legend LS.

What I want:

Double Din Touch screen reciever

6.5" speakers in the front with minimum 90 watts rms

6x9 speakers in the back with minimum 90 watts rms

Amp to power each of those completely

Two 12 inch subs with a box that each have 600-1000 watts rms

OR four 10 inch subs with 500 watts rms

an amp to power the subs

wiring kits

capacitor

My budget is $1500-$2000. I would like to spend as little moola as possible, so I would appreciate it if you guys could help me find some stuff. Thanks.
