Help On Picking Amp for Two "15 Alpines

I'm getting two "15 Alpine Type-S subs with dual 2 ohm voice coils. They each have 450 to 700 RMS and 2000 peak watts. I was wondering what amp would make these bump smooth and loud while being easy on my wallet haha. I'd prefer to not spend more than $800 on the amp btw.

That won't damage them will it?

I don't know much about car audio but I thought you had to stick to the rated rms and if you went over you risked damaging the speakers.

no , its better to have more power ,so that you dont stress out the amp ,than less power . besides you can turn the gains down for less power .and it leaves room for better subs if wanted later
