Help on choosing sound system/upgrade

as you can see this is my first post to forums and also i am alittle new to car audio so bare with me, i have some questions and would love if anybody knew them.

1. right now i am running 4 JL TR690-txi speakers with factory deck and have the

two in back powered by JL e4300 amp(these were hand-me-downs from bro).

2. is it possible to put aftermarket decks in 2003 honda accords?

3. Can the JL e4300 power all 4 speakers?

4.last i am opened to any suggestions on subs, headunit (if possible), and amp for subs. what i had in mind was an alpine headunit, 2 JL 12w3v2, and a JL mono 500/1 amp

any help would be great. =)
