Help on amp settings

Dear forum,

I finally have my whole system set up in the el camino.

It consists of:

Subwoofers / Power

2 Polk Audio 12” MM2124 Subs

1 Polk Audio C500.1 Monoblock Amp

Speakers / Power

Polk Audio 5” dB501 Coaxial Speakers

Audiobahn 3.5” AS31Q Coaxial Speakers

1 Polk Audio C400.1 4/3/2 Channel Amp

Headunit

Clarion VRX775VD

Clarion CCA-673 iPod Connecting Cable

What should i set for the gains, fequencys, and all the knobs on the amps? (Pre-eq, ect)
