I have a crossfire vr354 and im hoping to hook it up to my type r coaxials.

i have the general understanding of how to install it but what im confused on is..

-do i run the rca's+speaker wire+remote wire together on one side, and the power wire on a seperate side or is it ok to have the remote wire running along the power wire?

-do i directly connect the speakers to the amp?

im not sure if this is a problem but when i was installing my head unit with a friend there was a problem with the harness so we directly connected my stock speakers by wrapping a end of speaker wire to each terminal on the speaker and then wrapped the other end together with some wires coming out of the head unit(not too sure but i think this is pretty much what we did, sorry im noob at C/A)

Most people run as you say. It's really not that important, some even call it a myth.

What do you mean directly connect the speakers to the amp? Do you mean a continuous strand of wire or with no crossover? You don't need a crossover, there should be one on the amp.

That should be fine as long as the wires aren't going to come apart and short out.

i mean do i connect wire from my amp to my speakers?

like straight from the negative and positive slots on my amp to the negative and positive slots on the speakers? (not sure what there really called)

actually i have another question.

can i bridge the front on my amp and power the left speaker while bridging the rear on my amp and power the right speaker?

and would 140rms be too much for the type r coaxials

thanks for your help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
