Help needed on building a box for 2 JL 12W7 's . (Also willing to pay for the box)

Well first of all I'm looking for someone near local so the shipping prices won't be so "rape." Basically I'm trying to redo my system and I have 2 jl w7s in a prefab subzone box, many friends have told me to get a custom box since it will sound much better and MUCH louder. I was looking to get it built at around 2cu @ 32hz. (Or something near PER each) It will be going into a 2003 Toyota Rav4.

Anyone have a rough estimate of how much would it cost to be build?
