Help--Need a HU 200 Or less to spend

Looking to spend 200 or less, preferrably around 150. I'm mostly into rock and rap, 50/50 for SQ and SPL doesnt really matter im not a serious audiophile. Ill mostly use a USB port or IPOD to connect to the HU. Most likely getting pioneer REV series 6x9 and 6.5 speakers.

What do you guys think the most effectice HU would be for that generalization.
