This is my boxer named Tiger That is an old picture of him. He was still young in this picture. Tomorrow i will show how big and fat he got.

Just couldn't stay well enough away from the **** pet store. 

Walked out $1550 more poor and 1 boxer puppy heavier. $1000 for the pup and the rest was accessories.

 

He was our sons birthday present so he named her Zoie. 3 months old she is. Purebred with Champion Show dog background.

 

Here are some pics I took late Sunday night. Bad lighting, I know. But the hurricane made that problem.

Boxer are awesome dogs. The way they leap into the air will freak most people out and they won't think about coming in your yard. They're just hilarious. The way they pounce down things. One of their well know traits is interest in beer.

Cute puppy dude. Boxers love rawhide. Buy some it will save your shoes, furniture or whatever else you've left on the floor. Buy a crate if you don't already have one.

Thats Brando(left) and Dixie. He's just at 1 year and she is just over 9.

Ears are staying floppy. Right now we are thinking of fixing her, but haven't decided yet. We are not interested in breeding dogs.

 

john#21....... yeah, she was kinda pricey. But with all the other things we got, it pans out. A warranty (yep), microchiped, a few free vet visits, all her shots, and a bunch of other things I can't recall right now. But she is a purebred dog. No mutt in her.

 

 

She has plenty of rawhide. She has shown intrest in the coffee table legs, and not 15 minutes ago I heard her growling. Turned around and she had the lamps cord unplugged and pulled out. **** dog.

She sleeps in a cage at night and is almost completely house broken already.

 

And when she jumps, I liken her to a fish jumping out of the water. She leaps up with no regard and just twist. Funny as hell. And I took her outside to use the bathroom during a lull in the hurricane, and she ran full speed and just layed down and slid on her side through the wet grass. Did this non-stop till I dragged her inside. Funny as hell.

The quip about price is just that, a joke. But.... If you are going to pay that kinda money for a "pure bred" " champion Bloodline" Dog, Then DON"T SPAY HER. You'll be throwing your money away. Thats The only reason you should spend that kind of money on a dog, otherwise a 125$ Pure bred akc dog ( like both of mine) would have sufficed.

AGAIN, DON'T SPAY HER, once you do ITS TOO LATE!!! Going through heat cycles is not that big a deal and no one says you have to breed her, buts its nice to have that option, ESPECIALLY WITH A CHAMP!!

Ok, anyway, she's cute and sounds like a firecracker already. She'll mellow out at around 1 year if you work with her and it sounds like you are. Try to get pics of the fish jumping. We nick named brando " Frog Belly" because he likes to sprawl out on all 4's, its kinda funny, especially when he waddles under the coffee table.
