Hello,

I bought my ride 3 months ago and it came with my stereo system. It's all pioneer (deck and 8 speakers) except my 2 amps and my infinity sub.

Here's the issue...once in a while when cruising around with my stereo playing (doesn't matter what sound volume or with low bass or high bass on) all of a sudden I will hear a very loud like ssssnnnaaaaappppp sound and I will lose my sub's bass but everything else works fine. Then, in about 10 minutes or so it will make the same sound and the bass kicks back on. What's going on here?

Loose ground.

Check all wiring on the sub amp.
