Help Me!!!!

I have a diagram for an enclosure...its designed for the port to be up but i ported back on accident...will this change tuning? the exact same airspace just the port is using the bottom as one of the port walls instead of using the front wall as one of the port walls....please tell me i didnt f this box up...
