Help me with choosing a comp. set!

Hey I'm looking around for some comps, my stock speakers are horrible now since my stock amp died and they are being run off of the HU.

I want to keep 5x7's so that I can just pop em in without any modifications to the doors. I don't want coaxials because I like the soundstage in my car.

I have been looking at these sets so far

-JL Evolution XR570-CSi

-Rainbow SLC 238

So give me some reccomendations, and maybe some reviews on the above, thanks a lot.

Somebody has to know something about some 5x7 comp sets...

I'm betting very few people here run aftermarket 5x7's comps...its not hard to make an adapter plate...look into a good 6.5 set...

I tried some 5x7s and wasnt impressed. they were some polks. went back to 6 1/2 comps. Its not hard to make some mdf rings to fit.

What do you just make the mdf ring, screw it on to the old speaker mount and then mount the 6.5" on the mdf? If so I'll just get some 6.5's.
