help me wire my system

ok.....i'm thinking about buying an orion 200D to push some cdt comps.....but here's my questions:

i'm buying 0/1ga wire (around 20ft.), it will run from the battery to this fuse holder

is this right??what size fuse should i put in the fuse holder???ne help will be greatly appreciated.....

i think there is some typo, sounds like you need a good 2ch amp

sure why not it'll work, why not get a distro block with more output so you can expand later in life

my distro block has 1 0ga in and 4 4ga outs

2 - sub amp

1 - comp amp

1 - open for later business

i don't have any of my system (stored on my digi cam, and it's screwed up) but i think i have one of my truck on my computer.........

here it is.....

i'm not done with it yet, i'm gonna get all chrome/moldings removed then paint it and lower it.......so far i have about $2400 into rims/tires, spray in bed liner, window tint, system, euros.......y do u have 2 wires goin to ur sub amp?do u have 2 sub amps or 2 runs of smaller wire to the same amp??pleas elaborate and thanks again for the help!!!

the orion 2500d accepts 2 power/ground inputs. (2500rms @1ohm).

and you should fuse for how many amps your system will pull. and it's also dependent on wire size as well.

at the batt you fuse for total amperage drawn (according to wire size as well).

then at the distro block you fuse according to EACH AMP's RATING. (and wire size).

depends on your current draw from your amplifiers. i have a 200amp breaker on 4 gauge wire (at the battery, then split at a distro block with 2 150A fuses on 4 gauge)...but 150amps is the max recommended for 4 gauge...

find out how much each amp draws (from the manual if you have it) or do some math formulas to figure it out.
