help me tune my amp with my 32hz box i jus got.

hi all i just got a 32hz box custom built for me. theres 2 12" type rs in there right now, when i set everything up it sounded like a regular ported box you get at futureshop tuned higher but thats probably because of the bass Frequency and low pass filter tuned wrong, i've had them at about 60-80hz on both bass freq and low pass filter.. what should my bass frequency and low pass filter be set to? i was going to geuss put them both on 40hz since the box is tuned to 32hz? im such a noob, when i set the low pass filter towards 40hz it kinda sounds like crap need some help..

there is only a 4 knobs, gain, bass frequency, bass boost, low pass filter. the subsonic filter is on, the amp is a prsd3000spl premeir

gain is set where it should be on the line, bass boost is set to about 3-4 db, im just having truoble on setting the low pass filter and the bass frequency.
