HELP me please

i have a problem. my subwoofer makes a pulse noise everytime the song changes or i turn the volume all the way down. like a surge of power gets sent to the woofer. i checked all my grounds and everything seems to be fine and i checked my RCA's and they seem fine also. this happened to me in this same SUV in the past and it went away on its own and now its back. does anyone have ANY idea on what causes this to happen and how to fix it?

my freind had a similar problem..if his volume was at 0, then he turned it to 1, the sub would make a slight thump then it would start hittin normally. also when he changed radio stations. i dont think he found out what was wrong yet but if he does ill be sure to let u know

I had this problem in my galant but it was a loose rca

My answer would be to double and triple check everything

Also check behind the HU for loose wires iff u haven't already

CHeck all you power and ground connections also were the ground connects to the frame

check your rca's.
