Help me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 03 ford ranger edge ext. cab. It has the factory 6 disk cd player and it stays on the radio. I try to push cd but it says "no cd" IT HAS 6 CDS IN IT:furious: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif :furious: When i push eject it say "initializing" then it goes back to the radio:furious: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif Please anyone know how to fix this besides getting a cd player????

a buddy of mine had the same problem he unhooked the battery for a couple of min and it fixed

Sounds goofy, but pull the unit and shake it around a bit and then put back and try. My wife's Eddie Bauer Expedition has a changer (granted it's in the center console), but it did similar. Turns out the mechanism was just in the wrong place and it got stuck. I did that and it was fine. Hasn't missed since.
