From 2005-2008 I had a soundsystem that brought me an endless amount of joy.. every time I drove it was like I was the only human being on earth.
but then Best Buy came into my life.. and after them ****ing my equipment up about 6 different times I finally was pacified by a 1000 watt kenwood amp.. and two 12'' infiniti subs... but my old system was comprised of "inferior" amp and subs and knocked 100 times harder than the shit in it now..
this 1000 watt amp this guy convinced me would be insanely loud wasn't even half as loud as a normal stock bass system in a modern car before the light on the amp started flashing and the safety fuse would blow..
what do I do.. I need a new head unit, new door speakers.. and most importantly new amp... how much power does an amp have to have to produce good bass? and how much should I be willing to spend? should I buy everything at one location so everything is under the same warranty or order shit online and combine it later on?
pleeeeeeeeease help me because music courses the blood through my veins and I want to look forward to driving again
