well if your battery is dead your amp wont have any power, might wanna get that solved first.

im gonna hook them up right now, i cracked open the amp to see if it was blown, but it doesnt look like it, no burn marks or aything. Ive hooked everything up just to see if the amp would turn on and it did, hooked up one woofer to see if it was fixed and nothing happened, so i told my dad to measure the power comin out of the speaker outputs, and it read '0' so im guessing it may be the speaker wires (?) or they're just wired wrong.

You either measure voltage or current, not power...

wire the subs up(check each coil first) check the final Imp. then connect them to the amp and see what happens.

I just mesured the subs, one is readin 4ohms and one is readin 0ohms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif but ive been tryin to see if the sub powers on (the one readin 4ohm) and still no power comin out of it.

dunno mabe you blew the one sub and the speaker outputs? Someone with more knollege(sp) should probally chim in.

naw they were both hooked up. My amp is on, i just put in new speaker wires and still nothing. Also, i have my rca runnin next to a small ground and 12v cable (for bass knob) could this have anything to do with it?

Measure the coils on each sub 1 + & - should equal 4 ohm.

Your amp is probably toast dude. One sub clearly is already....would you happen to have an old cheapie amp you can subsititue in the orion's place just to test your setup? Im thinkin that your bad battery contributed to the death of your amp, low voltage on amps WILL kill it if the amp doesnt have some type of under voltage protection.....and I dont recall any DEI product that does.
