Help me out...

I'm using pioneer 880 & using Iridium 8.3i... the tweeter is located at dash board near the a-pillar and the aiming is adjustable, while the mid is fixed at the upper side of the door, just a few CM below the A-pillar... i've adjusted the TA and also the left/right EQ but i can't seem to get the vocal to be really in front of me...

when the male vocal is in front of me, the female vocal will came from a little bit from the right... and if i adjust the female vocal to the center, the male vocal would sound like coming from my left...

i've tried playing around the TA, EQ and the aiming of the tweeter, but still can't get it right... what else can i do?

PS: driver side is on the left...

what CD? some are MIXED that way, things a little off-center.

oh ok... i usually keep on changing cd between chris daughtry, carrie underwood, eagles, evanescence and some japanese singers...

so does that mean we won't get the "perfect" soundstaging because different CD recorded differently?

i guess it depends on how wide your sweet spot is for 'center'. mine isn't very wide and i can tell by moving my head a couple inches in either direction.
