My DD civic is parked no where near the apartment, and there is no system in it. When I say homemade antenna, literally, total cost of under $5 and an hour to assemble. So its not a money thing and I'm not going to destroy any property worth any value, just this simple little things.

My point exactly. They turned $5 worth of junk into a Wi-Fi connection. Besides, messing with other people's **** is petty & immature.

If they use a coax cable (they probably use rg6) simply take a pin like you would use in a pincushion. Stick that in the center of their coax making sure it hits the center conductor. Then clip the end off and push it the rest of the way in. What you just did was shorted their coax rendering their antenna useless. Then you stealthed your attack. They could look it over for weeks and never find the hole the pin went in.

Or you could use WifiKill like I mentioned and disable their IP and internet with a simple little Android app.

put a high current battery (not necessarily a car batt) on their antenna and see if it shorts anything that it is wired up to. make it quick of course so they dont see you.
