This thing looks like a beast. I searched and cant find where it was mentioned at before, but i know it gets cheaper than this! I have my Memphis sold as of Thurs ($375) and my HU sold this Sat ( $365) so imma try and snatch this beast up and get a better indash... WHat do you reccomend? i ned form and function

why not pick up a orion 2500d or a MMats 3000.1 or a PA3000.1. Theres some many other great choices out there for better prices.

yea i would not buy a low end maxxsonics amp. at leas stick with hifonics if you are going that route.

crunch is not a great thing to be spending lots of money on.

Im not calling it low end ive seen the numbers on these amps and there pretty sick but theres so many others for cheaper and better rep.

oh wellz, i can get a sweet deal on a Massive 3000.1 and run it 4ohm daily I guess

My Memphis is taking 1ohm daily like a champ tho

Ok guys, here it is. Depending on your battery set up this amp will make an ungodly amount of power. With a 12volt battery set up dropping to 11.5 volts the Crunch GP3000D Pro made 2850 watts at a 1.03 ohm reactive. That's 4 12volt batteries. If you can get the voltage up the amp will make much more. By just starting the car and using the high amp alternator (starting at 16.1 volts and dropping to 12.3volts), the 3000 made 3732 watts. That's crazy isn't it. THAT'S NOTHING! I hooked it up to a 16volt battery set up and it just went crazy! With the battery voltage dropping to 15.7 volts with a 1.4 ohm reactive this monster made 4640 usable watts.

yeah i read that post, seemed like a nice amp to me.. altho its a Crunch, cant it have real nice power capabilities??? I mean Power Acoustik makes people cringe until u mention the PA A3000db or similar

thats the older version not the 3000d-Pro.. looks diff too, im not real sure about the same boards or what

yeah, the GP pro caught some hype on doing good wattage, thats wat i liked about it.. and it looks nice inside and out IMO...

The MTX is a strong amp with WAAAY more features than i will need and a Color Prizm effect which is cool... and they are only like $430 shipped in ebay.. Imma see what kinda deal i can get local tho
